Many Hers On Purpose products are made especially for you after your order is placed. We work with professional production partners who print or produce our designs on carefully selected products. This on-demand approach also helps us avoid producing large quantities of unwanted inventory.

For the best fit, compare the measurements with a similar item you already own rather than relying only on your usual size. On most shirts, sweatshirts and hoodies, if you want an oversized and relaxed fit, you should size up 1-2 sizes from your regular size.

Because many of our pieces are made to order, please allow time for both production and shipping. We custom produce each order as it is received to ensure top quality and to protect the environment, creating less waste than conventional manufacturing. You can expect your order to arrive in approximately 7-10 business days. Please note that during holidays and busy periods, orders may take a little longer.

Yes! We offer free shipping for all U.S. orders over $75. If the shipping cost hasn't been removed from your order, double-check that the subtotal of your order (before taxes) has reached the $75 minimum. If you're using a discount code, your subtotal must be $75 minimum after the discount has been applied.

Because many Hers On Purpose pieces are made especially for you when you order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 15 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right.

Production begins shortly after an order is placed, so changes or cancellations aren’t possible. Contact us immediately if you notice an error, and we’ll help if your order hasn’t entered production.

We work hard to represent our designs accurately, but colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, materials, and the printing process. Small variations are normal.
